Job Description
  • Repair customer devices thoroughly under store manager direction
  • Learn how to repair latest devices with help from our network of technicians
  • Assist walk-in customers with questions and sales, diagnose their needs for repair
  • Input customer and device information and process transactions through our P-O-S system
  • Provide each and every customer wonderful customer service- More opportunities as reliability and efficiency is proven


Qualifications
  • 1 year experience repairing electronics, smartphones and/or computers preferred, but will train right candidate.
  • Technical degree or A+ certification is a plus
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience and/or Interest in Hardware and Electronics circuits
  • Good Attention to Detail and Well-Organized
  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • Team player
  • A strong desire to assist customers with their technology needs, and provide solutions

Job Type: Part-time

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Smartphone | Tablet | laptop | Technology repair: 1 year

Additional Information

Upon hire, you will enter a 90-day training period where focus will be on getting up to speed with how our company operates. This will include device repair, P-O-S operation and more.

Pay depends on experience.
