Customer Service Representative – Wholesale Logistics


Location: Houston, TX 77038
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support wholesale logistics and B2B shipping operations for Aeronet. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the client and is responsible for coordinating shipments, scheduling transportation, tracking orders, and ensuring timely pickups.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and perform customer service activities supporting B2B and B2C operations.
  • Use routing guides and online portals to schedule transportation correctly.
  • Communicate with transportation providers to ensure pickups occur as scheduled.
  • Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure they meet established quality and performance standards.
  • Provide clients with timely updates regarding order and shipment statuses.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and requests.
  • Investigate lost or damaged shipments by following established procedures.
  • Prepare final reports regarding shipment loss or damage investigations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and shipping documentation.
  • Take reasonable action to fulfill job responsibilities while following company policies and sound business practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, shipping, or distribution.
  • Experience coordinating B2B or wholesale shipments.
  • Familiarity with routing guides, transportation portals, and shipment scheduling.
