About the RoleWe're looking for an organized, dependable Dispatcher to manage delivery logistics and internal vehicle transfersacross our four powersports dealership locations. This role is the central point of contact for coordinatingcustomer deliveries, working with third-party logistics partners, scheduling inter-store transfers, and arranginglocal pickups and drop-offs for service customers.You'll be based at our Grand Prairie location but will coordinate across all four stores daily. This is a great fit forsomeone who thrives on staying organized, communicates clearly under pressure, and doesn't mind the occasionalevening text or call to keep a delivery on track.What You'll Do• Coordinate customer delivery scheduling, including direct communication with customers and third-partylogistics/transport companies (occasional after-hours contact required)• Manage weekly internal unit transfers between all four dealership locations• Schedule and track local pickups and deliveries for service department customers• Serve as the point of contact between sales, service, and logistics partners to keep everyone aligned• Maintain accurate, up-to-date scheduling records and tracking logs across locations• Proactively communicate delays or issues to customers and internal teams before they become problems• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and re-prioritize on the flyWhat We're Looking For• Strong organizational skills - you can juggle multiple moving pieces across four locations without droppingthe ball• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal teams• Reliable and dependable; someone the team can count on daily• Comfortable making occasional calls or texts outside normal business hours when a delivery needs attention• Experience with scheduling, dispatch, CRM, or logistics coordination tools is a plus• Prior experience in dealership, delivery, transportation, or logistics coordination preferred, but not required• Valid driver's licenseWhy Join Us• Stable Monday–Friday daytime scheduleCentral, high-visibility role working closely with leadership across all four stores• Opportunity to build and own the logistics process from the ground up
