Job description

ACERTUS is the only tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title & register finished vehicles. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including moving and parking vehicles, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and inventory management. This position interacts with members of the Operations Team, Clients and Vendors. This is a fulltime position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $18/hour
What will you be doing?
  • Place a numbered tag on a vehicle windshield to be parked
  • Drive the vehicle to parking space or point out a parking space for the driver's use.
  • Receive and release vehicles
  • Complete weekly inventory of vehicles at the hub.
  • Run vehicles to and from Repair/Maintenance shops
  • Service vehicles with gasoline, oil, and water.
  • Stage vehicles for pickup
  • Take photos of vehicles at client's request
  • Patrol area to maintain security and prevent theft.
  • You must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?
  • Must be 23 years of age.
  • Candidates over the age of 65 are subject to an additional review process for insurance purposes.
  • Candidates over the age of 65 must provide a letter of insurability from their personal physician for insurance purposes.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a Valid REGULAR Driver's License
  • Current and valid DOT medical card preferred.
  • Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Previous Automobile Dealership Porter experience preferred.
