Job description

CBM Computers is looking for a part-time Computer Technician to join our team with the potential of becoming full-time. This is an on-site role located in Dallas, PA. The Computer technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients both in shop, and at customer sites. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical advice and assistance.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer hardware and software, networking, operating systems, and computer repair.

Problem Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Research Skills: Ability to research solutions to unique customer problems.
