Pay Range:
-$17.00 per hour
-Compensation = Base hourly wage + uncapped repair incentives
-Paid training (including WISE Level 1 and 2 repair certifications as well as Key Fob cutting/programming)

Essential Responsibilities
-Perform mobile device and tablet repairs such as screens, batteries, and ports
-Complete automotive Key Fob programming and cutting
-Install automotive, commercial, and specialty batteries, run diagnostics, testing, and repair documentation according to company standards
-Assist customers with repair recommendations, timelines, and warranty information
-Help with retail sales when needed and support smooth customer flow
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service bench
-Assist with inventory stocking, and daily operational tasks
-Participate in ongoing training to earn and maintain WISE Level 1 and 2 certifications as well as Key Fob cutting/programming
-Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice as per operational needs
Qualifications
-18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license
-Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
-Great communication and customer service skills
-Comfortable using tools as well as working with small parts and diagnostic equipment
-Basic computer and math skills
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
-Available for a consistent part-time schedule including weekdays and weekends
Preferred Experience - No professional repair experience is required – we provide training! However, you will stand out if you have:
-Experience in electronics repair, auto service, or hands-on technical work
-Customer service or retail experience
-A strong interest in tech, troubleshooting, or gadget repair
-A desire to grow into roles such as Tech Lead, Tech Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager
