What is a part time collections job?

Part time collections jobs involve contacting individuals or businesses to recover overdue payments on accounts, loans, or bills, typically working fewer hours than a standard full-time schedule. These positions are commonly found in industries such as banking, healthcare, utilities, and retail, and often require strong communication and negotiation skills.
