Job description

The Village of Ashwaubenon is accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Paid-On-Call Fire/Rescue.

This part-time position provides primary and secondary emergency response in the Village of Ashwaubenon. Ashwaubenon Public Safety is a member of the MABAS 112 response district.

Paid-on-Call Firefighter Job Description

Protects life and property by performing firefighting, emergency aid, hazardous materials, and fire prevention duties. Maintains fire equipment, apparatus, and facilities. Works under the close supervision of a Public Safety Supervisor or Company Officer.
Requirements

  1. U.S. Citizen, at least 18 years of age.
  2. Qualified applicant shall have no felony convictions or domestic violence related convictions and shall possess a valid driver's license.
  3. Must reside within the boundary of:
    Mason Street from Pine Tree Ave to West of Fox River, Pine Tree Ave from Mason Street to Grant Street, Grant Street from Pine Tree to West of the Fox River, West of Fox River from Grant Street to Mason Street) See map attached to the POC position description.

Selected applicants will be invited to participate in a hiring process consisting of:

  • Oral Interview
  • Physical Exam
  • Drug Screen
