Key Qualifications:
  • This position is Part Time
  • Previous experience in caregiving required
  • 3rd shift availability is a plus
  • CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous license)
  • Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of seniors
  • Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm availability
  • Willingness to do on-call shifts to cover unexpected call-outs
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
  • Clean background check required
  • Randolph and Montgomery Counties
  • Health Insurance is provided

Responsibilities:
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including housekeeping, errands, eating, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and more as needed
  • Collaborate with the client's care team to provide updates and report any important health changes
  • Ensure that each client's care needs are met with compassion and professionalism
