Utilizing digital tools and regular check-ins can also streamline workflows and keep everyone aligned.

What is a part-time case manager?

A part-time case manager is a professional who assists clients in accessing services and support, such as healthcare, housing, or social services, but works fewer hours than a full-time employee. Part-time case managers may work in healthcare, social services, or nonprofit organizations, balancing their responsibilities with other commitments or part-time roles. Their work ensures clients receive appropriate and timely support, even if the case manager is not available full-time.
