Physical Therapist - Part-time/PRN- Broward County

Job Summary:

In Home Rehab Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Broward County, Florida. We provide in home physical therapy and occupational therapy services to older adults in the comfort of their own homes throughout South Florida. As a Physical Therapist with our company, you will have the opportunity to treat patients in a unique setting, providing one-on-one care and creating customized treatment sessions. We offer competitive hourly rates, flexibility to organize your own schedule, and autonomy to maximize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in their homes

  • Provide creative and individualized treatment sessions

  • Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations

  • Thoroughly complete all documentation via electronic medical records (EMR)

  • Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor and patient representative

Requirements:

  • Active Florida Physical Therapy License and Registration

  • Eligibility to work in the United States

  • Ability to document per Medicare guidelines

  • Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner

  • Ability to treat patients independently in the home, without an onsite supervisor
