Contract Attorney โ€“ Commercial Litigation (Part-Time)
Broward County, FL | Mostly Remote | Assignment-Based

Our client, a well-established law firm in Broward County, is seeking a Contract Attorney with commercial litigation experience to assist on an assignment-by-assignment basis. This is a part-time opportunity (5โ€“20 hours per week), primarily remote, with occasional court appearances as needed.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated attorney looking for flexible, ongoing contract work while staying engaged in substantive litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses

  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law

  • Prepare for and attend hearings and court conferences as needed

  • Provide oral advocacy at hearings as needed

  • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

  • Deliver high-quality legal work product with strong attention to detail

  • Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a remote environment
