Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Part-Time Account Manager at Messly, an M3 company.

Job Description

We are hiring a US-based Account Manager to support the launch and early scaling of Messly in the United States. This role will be critical to onboarding new clients, ensuring they achieve strong outcomes on the platform, and supporting the commercial team during the early growth phase.

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Lead onboarding of new clients onto the Messly platform.
  • Deliver training sessions to recruiters, managers and leadership teams.
  • Develop onboarding materials, playbooks and training collateral.
  • Ensure new clients reach “time-to-value” quickly and adopt Messly best practices.

Client Success & Account Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for US clients.
  • Run monthly and quarterly business reviews with client teams.
  • Review client data and platform usage to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams.
  • Coach clients on how to increase ROI from Messly.
  • Help prioritize product improvements based on US client needs.
  • Remove or manage underperforming users from the platform where appropriate.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Sales Support & Revenue Growth

  • Support the sales process by creating proposals and client-specific collateral, and supporting  product demos where required
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Messly leadership team on US go-to-market execution.

Doctor & Platform Support

  • Provide support to doctors using the platform where needed.
  • Help ensure a smooth two-sided marketplace experience.
  • Work closely with Messly operations and customer support.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment or healthcare staffing.
  • Experience managing client relationships and driving customer success outcomes.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Experience analysing data and translating insights into client recommendations.
  • Experience supporting commercial or sales processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised and self-directed.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving environment.
  • Commercially minded and proactive.
