Your role as a ABA/Behavioral Health Billing Specialist

As a Full-Time/Part-Time ABA/Behavioral Health Billing Specialist at Owen Health Care, you will play a crucial role in managing the billing process for ABA and behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include submitting claims through CentralReach, Waystar, and Simple Practice, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursements. You will also post ERAs and reconcile payments with deposits, actively managing accounts receivable and working to reduce aged AR over 60 and 90 days. A key part of your role is to resolve claim denials and communicate effectively with payers to expedite reimbursements. Additionally, you will track client authorizations, notifying clinical staff of renewals, and produce KPI reports for management review.
