If our mission statement piques your interest, we encourage you to apply for the currently open position of Part-Time Banking Associate II to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at our Heber City Branch located at 620 W 100 S, Heber, UT. The Part-Time Banking Associate II supports complex and specialized client needs and serves as a subject matter resource within the branch. This role manages higher-risk and non-routine account activity, provides guidance on advanced banking services, and guides escalated client issues through to resolution. In addition to performing all responsibilities of the Banking Associate I and II, the Senior Banking Associate provides mentoring and day-to-day coaching, supports onboarding and skill development, and models strong service, compliance, and operational standards to strengthen overall branch performance.
Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience amp; Requirements
  • Three or more years of banking or financial services experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting lending or specialized servicing functions.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex client issues.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience with coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Servicing
  • Support consumer and business lending processes by assisting with intake, documentation, servicing requests, and loan-related inquiries.
  • Support specialized account types, including IRAs, trusts, HSAs, and other complex or fiduciary account relationships, including distributions where permitted.
  • Provide operational and servicing support for specialty deposit services, including IntraFi and Sweep accounts.
  • Support and service foreign exchange transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Actively manages and develops a deposit book of business ($100,000-$250,000), conducting regular outreach to strengthen relationships and support retention and growth.
Operational Execution
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or higher-risk client issues requiring advanced product or policy knowledge.
  • Partner with branch leadership and internal specialists to resolve non-routine or sensitive cases.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of applicable products, procedures, and regulatory requirements relevant to assigned services.
  • Guide clients through complex or sensitive matters with clear expectations and timely, transparent communication, ensuring confidence and understanding at every step.
Leadership, Development amp; Collaboration
  • Serve as a subject matter resource, guiding associates through transactions, policy interpretation, and advanced servicing scenarios.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support onboarding, strengthen technical skills, and reinforce service, compliance, and risk standards.
  • Model strong service, compliance, and operational standards to strengthen overall branch performance.
  • Support branch performance, client retention, and operational consistency while strengthening the Bankโ€™s reputation and presence in the community through expertise and collaboration.
