Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Bristol, Rhode Island

 In this role, you’ll be on the front line of our branch, creating positive customer experiences while building valuable skills for a long-term career in banking.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Engagement:
 - Serve as the face of the bank, delivering friendly and professional service
 - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
 - Build relationships and identify customer needs
 
 Sales & Relationship Development:
 - Recommend banking products and services
 - Identify referral opportunities
 - Support branch service goals
 
 Transactions & Operations:
 - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
 - Balance cash and maintain transaction accuracy
 - Assist with ATM, night deposit, and safe deposit functions
 
 Teamwork & Growth:
 - Participate in team initiatives and training programs
 - Support other departments as needed
 - Contribute to a positive team environment

What You Bring

- Customer service or cash handling experience
