Job description

We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented person to build the physical products that power our EV charging network - and to have a real say in how we build them.

This is a hands-on role with a fast-growing Redmond-based startup, working alongside some of the smartest and most successful startup people in the Seattle area.

What You'll Do

This isn't a one-task warehouse job - it's a varied, hands-on role at the center of how our hardware actually gets built and shipped. Day to day, you'll:

  • Assemble and wire lighting - basic assembly and quality control needed
  • Assemble and provision small electronic units - some soldering required
  • Assemble electrical connector boxes - wiring and electrical understanding preferred
  • Set up and program key components via custom software - proficient computer skills needed
  • Pack out equipment and materials for every install job - accuracy very important
  • Help manage inventory levels and support ordering/restocking
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently

Because you're the one actually building these devices week in and week out, you'll see things no one else does - and we want to hear about them. You'll have a real voice in how we improve our processes, our specs, and our products.

Who You Are

  • Hardworking, a quick learner, and take pride in doing things right
  • Comfortable switching between several different tasks in a day without losing track of details - this job moves fast and rarely looks the same two days in a row
  • Naturally organized - you keep track of your own work without needing to be micromanaged
  • Detail-oriented: our assembly work goes through testing, and everything has to meet spec
  • Looking for more than "just a warehouse job" - you want variety, ownership, and a role where your input actually matters

The Details

  • Minimum 30 hours/week, hours flexible between 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday
  • Based in our Redmond, WA warehouse
  • Great fit for engineering students, people who like working with their hands, model builders, or anyone who wants a job with real variety while still knowing how to focus on what's important

Company Description

Juicer is an end-to-end EV charging company for multifamily and commercial properties. We do all the work from assessment, permitting, installation, billing, monitoring, customer support, and maintenance. We're not a charging company we're an infrastructure company innovating this space. We are constantly innovating and inventing. This role gets a front row seat to that.
