Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail locations within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, developing store leadership, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Multi-Unit Retail Leadership

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Build a culture of accountability, performance, and employee engagement

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, sales execution, and customer experience

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning

Sales Management & Revenue Growth

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Drive district-wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and growth plans

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Monitor key business metrics including:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain consistency in execution across all district locations

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure stores meet company standards for compliance, safety, and customer experience

Customer Experience Leadership

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Champion a customer-first culture throughout the district

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support teams in resolving escalated customer concerns

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure stores consistently deliver exceptional service experiences

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience

5+ years of experience in:

oย ย ย  District Management

oย ย ย  Area Management

oย ย ย  Multi-Unit Retail Management

oย ย ย  Retail Operations Leadership

oย ย ย  Sales Management

Proven track record of leading multiple locations and achieving sales goals

Experience developing managers and high-performing teams

Strong business acumen and analytical skills

Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance

Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
