The Row at Assembly Row, an Autograph Collection by Marriott Hotel is seeking a passionate and driven Director of Operations who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced hotel environment and loves being at the heart of the action.
Located in the bustling Assembly Row district of Somerville, our hotel offers an energetic atmosphere surrounded by premier shopping, diverse dining options, scenic waterfront views, and easy access to the Orange Line. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader eager to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the dynamic vibe and amenities of this thriving community.

Why This Role Matters
As Director of Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while inspiring teams to consistently deliver memorable guest experiences.
You will partner closely with the General Manager to help drive operational excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting, Food & Beverage and Engineering, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Autograph brand and Colwen Hotels' commitment to service.
A primary focus will be an oversight of the Front Office and Accounting.

Compensation
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000
