What are part-time asbestos jobs?

Part-time asbestos jobs involve working on projects related to the identification, removal, or management of asbestos-containing materials, but on a schedule that is less than full-time. These roles may include positions such as asbestos surveyor, removal operative, or consultant, and are often needed for specific projects or to provide support during peak times. What are some common challenges faced by part-time asbestos professionals, and how can they be addressed?

Part-time asbestos professionals often encounter challenges such as managing varying schedules, staying up-to-date on safety protocols, and adapting to different job sites. Since asbestos work is highly regulated, it's crucial to maintain consistent training and certification, even when working fewer hours.
