As a Security Officer Part Time Driver in Salinas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. Join Allied Universal as a driving officer in a dynamic location where you will monitor assigned areas, perform routine vehicle and foot rounds, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for everyone on site.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
