Job description

Do you have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of people living with mental health challenges and disabilities? At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

Position details: Part-time, M-F shifts times from 9am to 1pm (20hrs. per week) or 12pm to 5:30pm (27.5hrs. per week)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Compensation: $21-24 /hour based on your experience

What You’ll Do

Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on client's progress, and communicate with client’s families.

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • RBT certification
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for this community-based opportunity
