About the Role:
As a Behavioral Technician/RBT, you will provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a scientifically proven approach to understanding and modifying human behavior, and you will be part of a team that uses this evidence-based method to change lives.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients using ABA principles
Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collect and record data to monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care
Participate in mandatory training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Required Skills:
Experience working with children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
