TMS Technician (Medical Technician/Patient Advocate)
Location: Onsite - Spokane Clinic
Employment Type: Part-Time, W-2 Employee, Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate: $22-23/hr; Paid bi-weekly
Schedule/Hours: 20-30 hours/week - clinic hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
Reports To: Regional Manager

Join a mission-driven team making a meaningful difference in mental health care at NeuroStim TMS Centers, Washington's leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy. As a TMS Technician, you'll build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering TMS — a non-invasive treatment supporting individuals living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. You will join a collaborative environment that values compassion, accountability, curiosity, service, and growth. 


TMS Technician Responsibilities 

  • Build positive, professional relationships with patients throughout their course of treatment. 
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive treatment experience where patients feel comfortable and cared for. 
  • Administer TMS treatments under physician direction using established protocols; comprehensive training is provided. 
  • Educate patients and prospective patients about TMS therapy within the scope of the role. 
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, and daily clinic operations. 
  • Maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant patient records. 
  • Collaborate with clinic teammates to provide a consistent, high-quality patient experience. 

TMS Technician Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees are eligible for): 

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $22-23/hr; paid bi-weekly

Requirements:

What We're Looking For 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with customers, clients, guests, students, or patients. 
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, mental health, and helping others. 
  • Curious and eager to learn new skills, technology (i.e. computers, medical/mechanical devices, etc.), and clinical processes. 
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make others feel heard, respected, and supported. 
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to following through in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Detail-oriented and able to consistently follow established procedures. 
  • Comfortable balancing patient interaction with administrative responsibilities. 
  • Preferred but not required: Previous healthcare or behavioral-health experience, Bachelors in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field, Experience with an electronic health record (EHR), and/or BLS certification
