Position Summary
This part-time Admin Support Associate position will be housed in one of the Bryan School's six academic departments, the Department of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management. Reporting to the department head, this position works closely with the department's lead administrative staff. Work assignments may vary and are primarily customer-oriented and administrative in nature.
Responsibilities include customer service, academic program support, clerical responsibilities, and business operations support. Activities may include other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY; OR DEMONSTRATED POSSESSION OF THE COMPETENCIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE WORK.
Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior work in office settings
  • Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive/SharePoint)
  • Previous experience working in higher education is not required, but would be considered favorably
