Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounting Professional to support specific accounting projects. This position requires a solid understanding of general accounting principles and experience beyond basic bookkeeping functions.


Job Title: Part-Time Accounting Staff

Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible hours

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D


Responsibilities
  • Assist with project-based accounting assignments
  • Maintain and review general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Support month-end close and other accounting processes
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of general accounting experience (not limited to bookkeeping)
  • Working knowledge of general ledger functions
