Job description

Small Utility and Excavation company is looking for a part time accounting administrator to work in the office for the company owner in the Allen, Texas office. In this position you will provide administrative support for a the excavation/utility company doing: correspondence, billing invoices (AP/AR), payroll data entry and processing and follow up on administrative project details and assist with basic operational duties for the company. This is a PART TIME position with flexible hours in the office - and it could lead to full time down the road.
