Job description

Germer PLLC is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk for the firm's Beaumont office. This position is responsible for providing accounting support to the firm's offices while assisting with various financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience required, including experience with billing, A/P, A/R, bookkeeping, or related functions.
  • Previous law firm or professional services experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
