Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Sales / Office Administrator (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Canton, OH
Pay: Up to $21/hour

About the Opportunity
LHH is partnering with a growing company in Canton, Ohio to hire a Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Sales / Office Administrator. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys building customer relationships while supporting sales initiatives, accounts receivable functions, and daily office operations.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Support sales activities by responding to inquiries, generating leads, and assisting with customer follow-up
  • Manage accounts receivable functions, including payment posting, collections, account reconciliation, and customer account inquiries
  • Prepare and maintain accurate customer, sales, and financial records
  • Process invoices and monitor outstanding balances
  • Assist with office administration, filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and billing issues
  • Support daily office operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, sales support, customer service, or office administration
