Some employers use rotating schedules or on-call periods, which provide flexibility but may require quick adaptability. Pilots usually fly with a consistent crew or captain, fostering close teamwork in dynamic environments. It's important to clarify specific scheduling practices with each employer, as these can vary widely among operators.
