A medical facility located near Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a full-time, permanent PACS Administrator to join their team!


Pay ranges from $34-$49 hourly

The PACS Administrator Job Opportunity:

  • Full-time, direct hire position
  • Mon-Fri schedule, business hours
  • Great IT leadership and administration team!
  • Oversees the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) under the guidance of the Director of Information Systems. Works closely with radiologists, clinicians, and IT teams to deliver technical support, resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

The PACS Administrator Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Radiology, or a related field.
  • Must have one of the following certifications: Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) or PACS Administrators Registry and Certification Association (PARCA) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with relevant specialty.
  • Proficiency with PACS systems and medical imaging workflows and a strong understanding of HL7 and DICOM standards.
