Job description

Enterprise Imaging Analyst
Location: Radnor, PA (Hybrid - Local travel within Main Line Health Systems footprint)
Focus Area: Imaging/PACs and Cardiology Applications
Schedule: Full-Time Day Schedule (On-Call Rotation)
Compensation: $77,958.40 - $120,806.40

  • Make an Impact! The Enterprise Imaging Analyst supports the development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise imaging applications, with a focus on PACs/Imaging and Cardiology. This role partners closely with field service, IT, and operational teams to ensure system performance and continuity. You will play a key role in standardizing workflows, supporting system enhancements, addressing system issues, and translating clinical and operational needs into effective technical solutions. Prior technical experience supporting imaging/PACs or cardiology environments is strongly preferred!

  • Collaborate directly with clinical and informational technology leaders to improve imaging workflows and patient care!

Essential Accountabilities:
  • Support system analysis, planning, and implementation for new and existing projects
  • Design, build, test, and deploy solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and system configurations
  • Collaborate with IT Analysts and vendors to drive system optimization and enhancements
  • Perform unit, system, and integration testing
  • Provide end-user support (remote and onsite) and identify workflow improvement opportunities
  • Participate in on-call rotation and support system upgrades and implementations

What We Are Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or clinical field, or an equivalent combination of education and 4+ years of experience, required
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of recent healthcare information systems or technology support experience, required.
  • Experience with ticketing and troubleshooting hardware or software challenges related to cardiac or imaging applications strongly preferred.
  • Large-scale healthcare systems planning and implementation experience on application software products is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Certifications/Experience:
  • CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional)
  • PARCA (PACs Administrators Registry and Certificate Association)
  • Strong preference for experience within ServiceNow Platform
