Job description

Seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to support students across multiple grade levels for the full 2026–2027 school year, with an ASAP start. These are full‑time, in‑person roles providing academic, behavioral, and classroom support alongside teachers and special education teams.

Openings by level:

  • Elementary – 1 position
  • Middle School – 3 positions
  • High School – 5 positions

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Support — Assist students with academic tasks, organization, and classroom participation.
  • Behavioral Assistance — Support behavior plans, reinforcement systems, and positive classroom routines.
  • Instructional Support — Work under teacher direction to deliver small‑group or 1:1 support.

Qualifications

  • Prior school‑based paraprofessional experience preferred
  • HS Diploma or Associate's degree is preferred 
  • Ability to support students across diverse academic and behavioral needs
  • Comfortable working full‑time, in person
  • Willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
