REQUIREMENTS:

-Either reside near Austin, TX or be open to RELOCATION there, FULL RELOCATION FUNDING IS PROVIDED.

-A Minimum of a four year college degree is required by the hiring company, a graduate degree is a plus (preferred, but NOT required). This client is requiring a minimum of a 4-year college degree (any degree major is accepted)

-A minimum of 5 years Human Resources management experience, as either an HR Manager or HR Director, is required.

-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Exposure, familiarity with ADP

-Experience with giving corporate-HR, management presentations to groups routinely

-Have experience with annual employee evaluations, for HR personnel

-Have experience (recently or in the past) with recruiting, benefits, employee evaluations, orientations

-Have knowledge of payroll, hourly and salaried

-Experience working with external recruiters

-Experience, or knowledge of, FMLA

-Experience with either establishing or enhancing employee policies, throughout an organization

-Have a team-focused work ethic & management style
