Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Assembly
Stretch, top and launch pizzas according to standardized builds.
Cook and expedite pizzas according to standard.
Follow standardized recipes..
Maintain the pantry station, ensuring all ingredients, garnishes, and tools are stocked and ready for service.
Follow recipe specifications to maintain consistent taste, portion size, and presentation.
Station Management
Set up and break down the pantry, salad, and appetizer stations each shift.
Ensure all cold and hot holding equipment is functioning properly.
Label, date, and rotate food items following FIFO procedures.
Quality & Safety
Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
Follow safe food-handling practices, including proper temperature control.
Qualifications
