We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join a dynamic organization and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex employee issues, and partnering with business leaders to support organizational and employee success. The HR Business Partner will provide guidance across employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, labor relations, and organizational change. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote following onboarding, with approximately 10-20% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor and internal consultant to management and employees
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on performance management, employee relations, coaching, career development, and disciplinary matters
