Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Panel Shop Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our panel fabrication department. This role is critical to ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of control panel solutions while maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and budget performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge in panel design and fabrication, combined with proven leadership and operational management experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day panel shop operations, including design, fabrication, testing, and delivery
  • Oversee panel layout and design processes to ensure accuracy and technical compliance
  • Ensure fabrication meets quality, safety, and industry standards
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance and testing protocols
  • Manage panel shop budgets and contribute to P&L performance
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Mentor and develop panel shop team members through regular meetings and performance guidance
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within panel shop operations

Qualifications
  • Managerial experience within panel fabrication, electrical manufacturing, or a related field
