We specialize in modern tactical firearms, premium accessories, and highly customizable builds, while maintaining strict compliance with Massachusetts and federal firearm regulations.

Our shop operates at a high level — fast-paced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Weekends are our busiest and most critical operating days.

Position Overview

The Part-Time Retail Staff is responsible for executing daily operations at a high level during peak business hours.

This role is less focused on long-term strategy and more focused on flawless execution, strict compliance, and driving strong sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who can step in, take control of the floor, manage volume, and ensure everything runs correctly, every time.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Accuracy

  • Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts and Federal firearm laws

  • Maintain accurate bound book records

  • Oversee completion of ATF Form 4473 and all required state paperwork

  • Ensure zero errors in documentation and recordkeeping

  • Enforce compliance standards across all staff on shift

Store Operations (Execution-Focused)

  • Run day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts

  • Open and close the store according to procedures

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment

  • Manage employee workflow during high-traffic periods

  • Take control of the sales floor during busy hours

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

Sales & Floor Leadership

  • Drive strong in-store sales performance during peak hours

  • Actively engage customers and assist in product selection

  • Support and guide staff to maximize sales opportunities

  • Ensure efficient customer flow and minimize wait times

  • Deliver a high-energy, professional retail experience

Inventory Awareness

  • Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) required

  • Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for compliance errors

  • Strong communication and leadership presence on the sales floor

Compensation
