Body Shop Production Manager

Precision Body and Paint โ€“ Beaverton, OR

Precision Body and Paint is seeking an experienced Body Shop Production Manager to oversee daily shop operations and ensure efficient workflow, quality repairs, and on-time vehicle delivery. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction, team performance, and shop profitability.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production from vehicle intake through delivery

Lead, train, and motivate technicians, painters, and estimators

Maintain production schedules and cycle time targets

Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs

Coordinate with estimators and customer service on timelines and updates

Monitor labor efficiency, costs, and shop performance

Manage parts flow and vendor coordination

Ensure OSHA and safety compliance

Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications

3โ€“5 years of body shop or production management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid knowledge of collision repair processes

Ability to problem-solve and manage workflow

Experience with shop management software

I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred
