Job description

The Turnersville Collision Center, a Penske Automotive Group affiliate, is looking for an experienced Body Shop Production Manager to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

The Body Shop Production Manager assists in developing business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to ensure adequate sales volume. Additionally, they will support in achieving department operating profit in accordance with dealership and corporate established goals. The Production Manager will supervise the employees in performing collision repairs, productivity levels, and maintaining quality standards.
Expected pay for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually.

This position will require the employee to be standing for prolonged periods of time. This position requires the ability to push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, and walk on a regular basis. This position requires the ability to hear and talk
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Works evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or the equivalent and five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2-3 years body shop estimating experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2-3 years body shop estimating experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)
* ASE Certification preferred but not required
