Job Title: Body Shop Production Manager Job Status: Full-time, exempt Department: Body Shop Reports to: Body Shop Director and Service Operations Director Location: Bomnin Automotive, Miami, FL Position Summary: The Body Shop Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the body shop and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all repair work. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of automotive body repair processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality of work Coordinate with the parts department to ensure that all necessary parts are ordered and received in a timely manner Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Provide regular reports to the Body Shop Director and Service Operations Director regarding production and performance metrics Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair timelines and progress Maintain a clean and organized work environment Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge .
