Job description

Automotive Body Technician

Applicants MUST have a technical degree or previous automotive body shop technician experience!
We offer an extremely generous compensation package, including performance-based incentives.


Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality repairs to damaged vehicle bodies and parts according to manufacturer and dealership specifications.

  • Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently - "fix it right the first time."

  • Prepare vehicles for body repair and refinishing work.

  • Verify parts against estimates and ensure all necessary components are ordered and received correctly.

  • Notify management of any additional repairs, issues, or potential delays that may affect job quality or completion time.

  • Maintain all tools and equipment in proper working order.

  • Stay current with training and certifications as required.

  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations - including those governing the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE (including respirators).


Compensation

Qualifications
  • Technical degree or previous experience as an automotive body shop technician (required)

  • Painting experience is a plus, but not required
