Job Description
We are always looking to grow our team with dedicated, self-motivated individuals. Currently, we are seeking a skilled, experienced candidate to fulfill the role of Body Shop Manager. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
  • Oversee daily Body Shop activities
  • Manage shop production schedule to meet pace and budget
  • Consult with guests regarding body repair needs
  • Work alongside customer's insurance agencies to produce accurate estimates
  • Order parts needed for repair per estimate sheets
  • Recruit and train body shop technicians
  • Create work schedule and maintain proper accounting of Body Shop Technician's productivity
  • Ensure a safe working environment

Job Requirements
  • Previous Manager Experience is Required
  • 2-5 years proven results in a Collision Center setting preferred
  • Understanding of insurance estimates and budgets
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Experience developing and managing third-party vendor relationships
  • Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license required as well as clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
