Truss Builder Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
  • Assemble and build roof trusses and wall panels
  • Read and follow blueprints and production specifications
  • Measure, cut, and fasten lumber accurately
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Truss Builder Qualifications:

  • Construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus, but willing to train motivated individuals
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
