We're looking for a detail-oriented Punch-Out Technician to perform final paint touch-ups and repairs before homes are delivered to builders. You understand that the finishing details make all the difference and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete paint touch-ups, repairs, and final detailing
  • Correct surface imperfections and color inconsistencies
  • Repair drywall blemishes prior to painting when necessary
  • Maintain clean work areas while protecting finished surfaces
  • Communicate material needs and jobsite concerns to supervisors
  • Meet builder deadlines while maintaining quality standards
