Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Mixer/Matcher to accurately mix and match paint colors according to customer, production, or job specifications. The ideal candidate has strong color-matching skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate paint-mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and match paint colors accurately using formulas, color charts, and computerized mixing systems.
  • Measure and combine pigments, tints, bases, and other materials according to specified formulas.
  • Perform color matching and make adjustments to achieve the required color and finish.
  • Prepare paint for customer orders, production jobs, or refinishing applications.
  • Operate and maintain paint mixing machines, scales, tinting equipment, and related tools.
  • Check finished paint for color accuracy, consistency, viscosity, and quality.
  • Label, package, and store mixed paint products properly.
  • Maintain accurate records of formulas, batches, and inventory usage.
  • Keep the mixing area, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow company safety procedures and proper handling guidelines for paints, solvents, and chemicals.
