Many trainees find this part of the program challenging but rewarding, as it allows them to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world context and learn directly from healthcare professionals.

What is a Paid CNA Training Program?

A Paid CNA Training Program is an opportunity for individuals to receive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training while earning a wage. These programs are typically offered by healthcare facilities such as nursing homes, hospitals, or long-term care centers. Participants are often hired as employees and receive both classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience. Upon successful completion, trainees are eligible to take the state certification exam to become licensed CNAs. This pathway allows people to start a healthcare career without needing to pay upfront for tuition.
