Advanced certifications or additional skills, like phlebotomy or EKG, can also increase earning potential. However, the highest paid CNA roles are generally found in facilities with higher patient acuity or in regions with higher living costs.

What is the best place for a CNA to work?

The best place for a CNA to work depends on individual preferences, but many find hospitals, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities to offer stable employment, diverse patient interactions, and opportunities for skill development.
