Job description

Job Summary:
Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in security and risk management. They are seeking a Senior Mission Analyst/Program Manager to perform Mission Assurance analysis, oversee program management tasks, and ensure effective execution of mission-critical programs.
Responsibilities:
• Perform Mission Assurance analysis on high-visibility, mission-critical programs and provide senior-level analytical judgment across all Mission Assurance activities
• Provide comprehensive program management and contract administration to ensure effective staffing, deliverable submittal, and execution of all Mission Assurance tasks
• Oversee the efforts of all less-senior staff assigned to the contract
• Develop, maintain, and execute a Program Management Plan (PMP) within 30 calendar days of contract award
• Manage cost, labor utilization, schedules, risk, and task execution
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• Over 10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry
• Master's Degree (M.A. or M.S.) in any field
• Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
• CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
• OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)
• Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
• Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
• May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
• May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
• Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
• Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
• Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
• PMP Certification or equivalent program management credentials
• Prior experience managing DoD SCIF-based contractor teams
• Direct experience with HQ USAF staff processes and governance forums
