Journeyman Mission Analyst In this role you will... * Perform comprehensive Mission Assurance analysis to understand how critical missions depend on assets, systems, infrastructure, and external dependencies * Analyze Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI) and Task Critical Assets (TCAs) to identify vulnerabilities, single points of failure, and mission impacts * Support ongoing identification, validation, periodic revalidation, and continuous improvement of mission-critical capabilities * Coordinate with OSD, the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, MAJCOMs, installations, and other DoD agencies as directed * Manage, analyze, and contextualize Mission Assurance risk data to support understanding of impacts to mission execution * Augment Government-led Mission Assurance assessment teams, including pre-site survey activities, on-site data collection, and post-assessment analysis * Additional duties as assigned Experience Requirements: * 3-10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry * Experience with DoD Mission Assurance processes (DoDI 3020.45) preferred * Background in operations, intelligence, force protection, or risk management preferred * Familiarity with TCA/DCA identification and Air Force operations preferred Education Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field Certification Requirements: * None specified Security Clearance Requirements: * Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance * Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats * U.S. Citizenship required Other Requirements: * Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours * CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior) * OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances) * Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required * Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip * May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds * May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time * Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings * Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism * Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others * Effective verbal and written communication skills **Position is Contingent on Contract Award ** Watermark is an equal opportunity employer.  All terms and conditions of employment are established without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, pregnancy, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or any other protected category under applicable federal, state, and local laws.
