The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of regional construction projectsAssist in preparation and solicitation of bidsInterpret specifications, designs and drawings and prepare quantity takeoffFacilitate the definition of project scope, tasks, goals, resource requirements and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsAssemble and coordinate project staffSet up and manage project resources per the project budgetPlan, schedule, and maintain project timelines.
